Burnt honey, caramel notes. Medium Roast. The Tagbanua are the indigenous people who historically live in Central and Northen Palawan. They are known as the "Gaurdians of the Coron Island". Charcoal roasted, this coffee is best prepared through slow drip methods: as close to traditional as possible.
